Are you too busy? Do you not have enough money? Are your relationships stressful? Is pain (physical or emotional) preventing you from feeling good? Do you know why you don't feel good?
Personally, I notice a huge difference in how I feel when I am exercising. I really do miss all those lovely endorphins when I neglect my body. I love to run, but even doing a handful of sun salutations can get me there.
This week I challenge everyone to do 10 sun salutations a day. It is inexpensive, you can do them at home and they do not take very long.

For those who are not sure what a sun salutation is: It is a series of movements done in YOGA. GOOGLE IT!
