Core Synergystics is a yoga, pilates and body-weighted based program that is designed to get you stronger from the inside out. In order to enhance our posture, become more efficient in our everday life, excel in our athleticism , decrease stiffness, aches and pains and injury we must have a strong core midsection.
In this small group based personal training series I will teach you how to engage not only your core muscles - glutes, back, abs and hips but also your 'core mind'.
